Anchorage with MOSO horizontal connector type HV-W.

The MOSO horizontal connector type HV-W is a corrugated tie for rehabilitation existing facework.

The system comprises an approved dowelled anchor and an approved bonding mortar.

The corrugations on the dowelled anchor ensure a non-positive connection between dowelled anchor and bonding mortar.

Installation

Drill 8 - 60 mm into the setting base.

Drill through the facework with 12 mm bit. Remove drilling dust from both holes.

Fit dowel sleeve with pre-fitted wire tie in anchorage base with the aid of a setting tube.

Drive the wire tie in as far as possible with the driving tool.

Fill the hole in the facework with approx. 10 cm³ bonding mortar UPM44.
