- Our experience and processes that we have spent many years optimising ensure that our customers receive the highest level of reliability and product quality.
- Our experienced design engineers help to optimise overall costs by precise planning and design of your fastenings and determining the most cost-effective installation options.
- Continuous further development of our fastening products, with new materials, improved manufacturing methods and optimised design models.
Taking the MOSO masonry support system as an example, the following points are important for the planning and design of façade anchorage:
For new buildings, provision of construction drawings with façade view and façade cross-section complete with the following details:
- Brick format
- Load heights
- Wall or lintel lengths to be supported
- Wall design in the anchorage area
(e.g. details of window lintel, wall clearance [E], existing concrete heights etc.)
The on-site installation conditions - which cannot be determined from plans and drawings - must be clarified from the outset.
Precise knowledge of the installation instructions and user information for stainless steel.
In the case of old buildings, provision of old and new construction drawings containing both the aforementioned data and the following details:
- Existing wall construction - planned wall construction
- Quality of the anchoring base (we recommend obtaining an expert report, e.g. with tensile tests at exposed points of the façade)
- Are there areas of the facing masonry that need renovating? (use of renovation anchors)
- Photos (digital photos by e-mail) of existing façade details are also often very useful.
